The world is going global. Nobody or nothing on earth right now can keep us from moving forward in that direction. So “global” is the trend. But the value is still to be found in the “local”.

Global is where the economics is. Local is where the service is. To put it differently, though the world is becoming “one”, good business is still personal. It’s still about people. “Glocal” is what you get when global meets local — or when business meets service in the emerging, new economy
WHAT IT MEANS TO YOU …
We train people for careers. One of the basics is to never forget that it’s all about the people. Follow the people if you want good business. Give them the service they want and need, and you will get what you want and need from your business and career.
